Mundall Trucking Employee Benefits Package

Mundall trucking offers employee benefits after a 90 day probation period. Benefits are only eligible for full time employees. Part time employees are not subject to MundaII Trucking Benefits. If the employee moves from part time to full time, and after 90 days of full time the employee will be eligible.

The Employee Benefits include:


Health Coverage
The employee can accept or decline this coverage.  This is paid for by both employee and Mundall Trucking.

Dental & Vision Coverage
Mundall Trucking offers these benefits however it is the employee's responsibility to
pay 100% of the plan.

Holiday pay
Holiday pay is given to the employee on the following days:
  • Memorial day
  • Labor day
  • The day of Thanksgiving
  • The day after Thanksgiving

The employee will be paid 1 business day (8 hours) per Holiday, and will not be
considered overtime.

In order to receive Holiday Pay the employee, if scheduled, must work the day
before and the day after.

If there is no work the day before and after and the employee was not scheduled
then the employee will still be paid Holiday Pay.

If the employee calls in the day before or after the Holiday Pay and does not work,
then the Holiday Pay is forfeited.

ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan):
Employee is placed into the ESOP after 1 year of employment.
